Our Story

A Boston family put a gourmet spin on the corner store egg roll.

Know Your Roll started the way most good Boston food stories start: family, a fryer, and a neighborhood that doesn't let you get away with mediocre. Dave and the crew took the flavors of the North End, chicken parm, steak and cheese, sausage and broccoli rabe, and folded them into a hand crafted egg roll that's part street food, part Sunday dinner.

No shortcuts, no fillers. Just Boston-Italian family recipes, wrapped up and fried to order.
